Lifen’s project “Caring together” to facilitate access to e-health solutions
ifen’s brand new project, announced on November 30, will provide healthcare professionals and industries with the tools necessary for the implementation of e-health solutions. Access to innovation will therefore be facilitated thanks to their Appstore, which is set to be launched in 2021.
Created in 2015, the Paris-based company enables every healthcare professional from all over France to treat together in complete safety by simplifying access to innovation and health data.
The ‘’Caring Together’’ project will offer e-health solutions relevant to all care providers’ practices, assuring a certain compatibility with their current means. It will include a medical data transfer service to digitize and secure all communications between doctors and their patients.
Additionally, an app store is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2021, that will feature all the digital innovations that healthcare facilities will need for their treatments. It will allow each user to access a catalogue of medical solutions and to publish them themselves more effortlessly as well.
Since its creation, the company has been facilitating medical coordination and data access for hospitals and private doctors guaranteeing the use of simple solutions to improve their daily practices. Connected to the various software used by healthcare professionals, Lifen automatically analyzes medical documents in order to find the patient and ensure safe document and information sharing between public and private health establishments.
‘’Caring Together’’ represents a major evolution for all healthcare professionals, as it rethinks the way in which medical information circulates between their different tools. Furthermore, the project will most likely ease the long and expensive process that many institutions are facing to deploy e-health solutions.
Lifen gathers today more than 100,000 doctors sharing over 2 million medical documents each month within 400 healthcare institutions.
